Middle School grief group

In the wake of recent loss in our community, this gathering offers middle school students a safe, compassionate space to come together, connect, and explore the many feelings that can accompany grief. Whether a child is navigating the loss of someone close to them or has been impacted by loss in their wider community, all are welcome. Through a gentle, art-based activity, time for personal reflection, and opportunities to connect with others, students will be invited to express themselves in whatever ways feel right for them. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. Our hope is to create a space where every feeling is welcome, every experience is honored, and no one has to navigate grief alone.
