For girls ages 11–13

Adolescence can feel like a storm of emotions, expectations, and changes — inside and out. As a child and family therapist, I weave together the wisdom of energy work, intuitive insight, and therapeutic practices in this experience. Your girls will be invited into a gentle, empowering small-group experience designed to help them feel rooted, confident, and connected. In this circle, they will learn simple, age-appropriate energy tools to understand their emotions, strengthen their intuition and feel safe and at home in their own bodies. Through guided practices, creative expression, and mindful connection with peers, they will discover their inner power, voice, and the comfort of belonging. Embodied and Empowered offers a sacred, yet playful space for young girls to grow, shine, and support one another.

• Emotional Awareness/Regulation & Self-Exploration: Through guided discussions and therapeutic activities, girls learn to name and express their feelings, manage stress and emotions, and communicate with empathy and strength.

• Energy & Intuition: Each session will weave in gentle energy awareness practices — such as grounding, clearing, breathwork, and ritual— helping participants tune in to their own intuition and inner calm.

• Connection & Community: Through creative expression, nature-based activities, and group sharing, girls will experience the power of belonging and friendship in a safe, nonjudgmental circle.

• Empowerment & Resilience: We’ll explore themes of boundaries, self-worth, compassion, and how to trust their own inner wisdom — the foundation for a strong sense of self.
